The College Connection Program
                An International Exchange between the
          College of the Fenway and Showa Boston Institute

Thank you for applying for the College Connection Program.  Before you complete the application, please make sure you have read the Basic Information and understand the program.

The following is a brief summary of CCP activities  

-  Attend one of three Orientations at College of the Fenway.
-  Host 1 triad of Showa Students
-  Attend the Kick-off day on Saturday, October 9
-  Host 4 visits with your Showa students
       >> Visit 1 (Classroom visit) must happen on a fixed day:
             * Visit 1: Tuesday, October 26 or Wednesday, October 27 or 
                           Thursday, October 28  
-  All visits must be completed by Sunday, January 30.

             * Mass Art students:  If you are participating in the Haystack 
                trip October 3-7, make sure you attend the orientation 
                session before the trip.

 Make sure to write neatly.  We need to be able to read your handwriting.


   Attention:  Showa will only notify the applicants who are selected�B
   If you don�ft receive a telephone or e-mail notification from Showa, 
   by Thursday, September 30, we have selected someone else for the 
   College Connection Program.

  >> Your application cannot be processed until ALL questions are

  >> MassArt students, submit applications to Elizabeth DiCicco, 
       Director, Student Activities and Programs 
  >> Emmanuel students, submit applications to Mary Ann Murphy, 
       at Office of the Vice President of Student Affairs, at 
       Administration #208. 
  >> WIT students, submit applications to Jesse Correia, at the 
       Student Affairs office 
  >> For other schools, please complete and return this application 
       to the Office of the Dean of Students at your campus.

Please read the CCP schedule and time commitments carefully as 
listed below. 

* Attend one of four Orientations at the College of the Fenway.
* Host 1 triad of Showa Students 
* Attend the Kick-off day on Saturday, October 9. 
   Kick-off day will be from around 10 AM to 7 PM 
* Host 4 visits with your Showa students 
*You will need to choose one the following days to have your visit 1.
             Tuesday, October 26, Wednesday October 27, or 
             Thursday October 28.
* All visits must be completed by Sunday, January 30
